for domain,,it costs ,,u can get free domains like .tk or co.cc nf many more
if u want paid domain check out domain.com
anf for hosting,,it also costs ,,u can also get it free like xtreemhosting or000webhost,,but cant say abt their uptime
for paid hosting i think hostgator is best!
